We try to be extra critical in our assesment of our items to leave no room for misinterpretation of the description. We will often overstate a very minor flaw so that there are no surprises for even the most critical buyer.

We provide the best images we can but if you need more visual info, don't hesitate to send us an email. We always try to reveal all flaws possible in a given item through photographs, so there will be no surprises for you upon delivery. What you see is really what you get!

Auction Terms & Conditions:
All items are checked by our onsite tech, CLA'd if needed and are warrantied for 7 days againsts discrepencies in images and descriptions. Shipping fees and auction fees are non-refundable, . Final auction value including shipping charges must be received in full before shipping will be commenced. Canadian customers must pay applicable taxes. PLEASE DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU INTEND TO PURCHASE! On Ebay, a bid is a binding contract. Windsor Photo Outfitters reserves the right to refuse bids, Cancel bids, and auctions at any time. If payment or notice of payment mailed is not received within 1 week of auction close, we reserve the right to open a non-paying bidder action through Ebay to help us reclaim lost fees and relist the item.
Returns and Refunds:
If the item you recieve is not as advertised, you have 7 days from when you receive your item to determine whether you want ot return it to us. Here are some important things to consider:
- We do not pay for return shipping.
- We refund your payment minus our shipping fees and any fees accrued in the creation and completion of the auction, ie: ebay and paypal fees.
- We will only refund your auction after we reieve the item back to the store and are able to determine that it is unused and in the same condition it was sent out in.
- We only send refunds to the person that purchased the item initially.

Bidding and Feedback:
Bidders with scores of -1 are blocked from bidding on our auctions. If you are new to Ebay please email me before you bid to make sure you know what your are bidding on.
We leave feedback once you pay for your item. We rely on our feedback rating to maintain a good reputation. Please take time to return the favour if your are satisfied with your purchase. Do not leave negative feedback without contacting us first. We do our best to rectify or fix any problem that might arise.

Payments must be received within 1 calendar week or we reserve the right to open a "Non-paying bidder" action through Ebay. Protect your reputation, pay on time.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping and Handling fees are calculated after the auction based on winning bidders location.
We use Canada Post online rate calculator to calculate our shipping rates based on relative size and weight against destination.
In Canada:
We only ship via Expedited Parcel. no exceptions
In the USA:
We only ship Canada post Expedited Parcel-USA, no exceptions.
Australia, UK:
We only ship using Tracked and insured methods. NO EXCEPTIONS. Though we will endeavor to choose the most cost effective method, the shipping and handling fees to Australia and the U.K. are routinely $30-60 and can be as much as $100. Please email for a shipping quote prior to bidding.
Shipping fees are non refundable to all locations.
Handling Fees:
We collect a modest handling fee based on Ebay's guidelines to help us cover costs like packing materials, and delivery to the post office (gas mileage etc.) This fee is non refundable, and is added to the shipping fee estimate.

Shipping Terms & Conditions:
We prefer to ship to all points in US and Canada, but will also ship to:Australia and the United Kingdom. If you live outside these regions please email us BEFORE you bid. All items are wrapped and boxed. Invoices will be provided for customs purposes. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Shipping is via Canada post, Expedited parcel for the USA and Canada. International shipping is with International Parcel Surface or Canada Post International Parcel Air (depending on destination and package size). All methods provide a tracking number and insurance. No refunds on shipping and handling for returned items. Tracked items are insured, no exceptions.
PLEASE NOTE: We will not falsify or underestimate item value. Every item is shipped with an invoice for the full value of the item, as per the final auction value.
Non-NORTH AMERICAN CUSTOMERS, PLEASE NOTE: Due to recent events, we will not ship your item without a tracking number and insurance. Please do not bid if you are not prepared to pay these elevated shipping costs, no exceptions.
Duty and Brokerage are your responsibility, we have no control of these fees. WPO is not responsible for delayed or lost shipments if untraceable shipping methods are requested.
We welcome onsite pickups of your item at our location.
